Repairs and Services
Lenkersdorfer does not offer jewelry repairs. Instead, you can visit our brother store Liljenquist & Beckstead at Fairfax Square, located at 8075 Leesburg Pike, Vienna VA. You can reach this location by phone at (703) 749-1200.
We're proud to offer a wide variety of watch repair services through our Liljenquist & Beckstead network. With a Rolex Plaque Certified Service Center next door at Liljenquist & Beckstead in Fairfax Square, our Master Watchmakers are approved and authorized by Rolex to perform the same repair services on your Rolex timepiece on site. We're also an Authorized Service Center for multiple fine watch brands. Whether a simple battery change, a bracelet adjustment, or a complete overhaul, we provide a wide variety of watch repair services. If a customer wishes to send her or his timepiece back to a brand directly, we will definitely accommodate that request. We do whatever makes our customers feel comfortable.
Estimates vary depending on the service required. Estimates usually require 3-4 weeks. Once you approve the estimate, your watch repair typically requires 6-8 weeks.

Yes, we do, however only for the brands we carry! Please keep in mind that batteries are not changed on the spot. We must deliver your watch to our Master Watchmakers to be serviced.
Most watches should be serviced every 5-10 years. For best practices, you should refer to your manufactures mannual or call us with any additional questions at (703) 506-6712.
We do not do jewelry appraisals, however you can visit Liljenquist & Beckstead at Fairfax Square where a GIA-certified specialist will be happy to help you. We recommend you call ahead of time to ensure our appraiser is in store: (703) 749-1200.
No, we do not. However, you can visit Liljenquist & Beckstead at Fairfax Square, who will walk you through purchasing jewelry insurance through our recommended provider Jeweler's Mutual.
We can clean jewelry and have one of our sales professionals inspect your jewelry as well.
Policies
Warranties on watch and jewelry purchases are offered by the manufacturer and vary between brand. We offer a 2 year in-store warranty on all luxury preowned watches.
We realize buying a watch or piece of jewelry is a major decision for everyone. That's why we offer a 15 day return period, so you can wear the watch in the comfort of your own home to make sure you love it. The only thing we ask is that the watch is returned in mint condition. However, special orders and pieces with customized sizing are final sales.
Yes, you will get a full refund within the 15 day period if the watch remains unworn.
We will process your refund immediately. If delayed, this would be due to your bank's processing policy.
We can ship to most states but not Internationally.

Most orders can be cancelled unless it is a sold order only.
It depends if it is in stock or not. In stock can take 7-10 business days. If something is backordered, it could take 4-6 weeks.
